We are used to working within local authority regulations and will be able to advise you once we have made a visit.

There is a permitted development allowance which is generally of between 50 and 70 cubic metres or 20% of the overall volume of the property.

If you are having a house extension we will be able to offer some advice and guidance about what may be possible and the extent of local authority involvement.
